Lace Replacement Service

Please ensure you send the exact same lace size as the one being replaced.
For example: a 5×5 closure must be replaced with another 5×5 closure — not smaller and not larger.
You may also shop for high-quality laces directly on our website.

This service includes:

• Light plucking

• Styling

• Lace tinting

Important Notes:

• Your wig must be sent in washed and clean condition, as washing is not included in this service.

• If your wig needs washing, please book this separately as an add-on through our Wig Revamp Service.

• We do NOT bleach knots as part of this service.

• Wig condition will determine the final outcome; severely damaged wigs may not achieve perfect results.

Processing Time:

Standard processing time is 1 week, but may vary depending on order volume and the condition of the wig. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

Important Policy:

• All sales and services are non-refundable once work has started.

• Customers are responsible for shipping their wig to us; return shipping fees may apply.

• Ensure your lace and wig details are accurate when booking. Incorrect lace sizes may delay processing.

• We are not responsible for wigs that arrive damaged in transit. Please package securely.
